Called about two blocked toilets at 2:30pm, service completed by Eric by 4:30pm. Very efficient, upfront about costs and very professional.

Three stars Good - fast, punctual, professional, good chat functionality, good communication Bad - quotes are always overpriced. Was charged $820 for investigation and report but for this price I would expect a more detailed report. What was provided was just a list of steps on what was done, but no actual conclusions/tests performed Was quoted $6.2k to fix leak. Competitors offered half the price. I’ve used service today in the past but unfortunately won’t be using them going forward due to very expensive quoting. Happy to may little more for workmanship and speed but not double what others are quoting.

Update: Their customer service manager called me and offered me between $300-$400 if could present them with a lower quote. When I did I was made to feel like I was lying of the events and then offered only $100 to take this review down instead which I declined. It's better for this review to stay up so people can be alerted to the bad services they may receive from this business Price Gouging. They came to clear a blocked drain, $1000. I was later quoted by other plumbers $400. They also told me I needed to fix an issue immediately or else my drain pipes would get clogged again in a week or so. The job would of cost me over $10,000 and they would have to wreck my back yard to do it. We are now 3 months later and I haven't fixed the issue yet and I've had no reoccurring issues. I've had the work quoted by other plumbers for $2000-$3000 without wrecking my yard. Be careful

Unbelievable scam. So I was told it would be 49 dollars to come have a look and they would then give a price to fix the issue. I was unable to be home so my wife delt with Dom the plumber. I had made the appointment and was not checked in with for any approval. My wife thought that the 680 was going to resolve the issue but it was to simply run basic tests or unnecessary ones when you could see it needed replacing before the scam he pulled. He then went on after taking the 680 to say the system is no good and needed replacing. So he said but we will take the 680 out from the cost of a new system. He then quoted 8000 for a change to a different system or 16000 for a like for like. I then spoke to a friend who's brother is a plumber and he is the owner of a real-estate and the brother told my friend get him out of your house he is a con artist. My wife was convinced Dom was a good guy and it made it very difficult to convince her how much he was overcharging. So after that I got another quote and am getting a really good system for 2.5k after tax. I have since spoken to few plumbers who have said yes that's crazy and we would have told you straight away for no cost that the system needed changing. I do wonder how many poor soles paid 8000 for a 2500 job..

ISSUE RESOLVED BY SERVICE TODAY Whilst extremely great full to have a new gutter installed on our pergola, extremely disappointed that I was not informed prior to the day that the plumber could not obtain same gutter profile to rest of the house, same profile was a necessary pre-req for this job, I was informed prior that yes they could get same profile so was happy to proceed, company should have been upfront. Price wise found it to be excessive for such small gutter job.
