Save your money - this is a scam. Their service is cheap for a reason! I signed up for their annual smoke detector check, the service was booked weeks in advance and I took the day off work to be there. They cancelled last minute with no excuse other than "an urgent matter has come up", and they refused to provide a refund. It's been two weeks since then with no response to my emails or calls on when this will be scheduled, and zero acknowledgement of my request for cancellation of the subscription service. Absolutely awful company and customer service.

Scam, unfortunately. If you are a current client, I'd strongly recommend auditing what service they have actually supplied. I've been paying for their Safer Homes package through my estate agent for 6 years only to find they last did an inspection in 2021 (now September 2026...). That's five years the fire alarms went without inspection (as well as the electrical appliances etc) - a huge liability issue. When asked about it, they fluffed some nonsense about their systems and tenants being hard to contact. No record of any communication from them regarding any of that. I very much doubt I'm the one person who slipped through the cracks - audit your account today.
